Information we collect

Contact information you submit through forms on the site, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and any details you include in your message (neighborhood interests, timeline, price range, and similar).
Guide and worksheet activity. We record which guide or worksheet you requested. If you use the interactive Retirement Housing Options Worksheet and choose "Save my priorities," we also collect your priority scores.
Your consent choices. When you submit a form that has consent checkboxes, we record whether you checked each consent box, the exact wording shown to you, the date and time, the page you used, the phone number you entered, your IP address, and your browser type. We keep this record so we can show that we honored your choices.
Communications when you call, text, or email us.
Technical data logged automatically by our hosting and analytics providers, such as IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and pages viewed.

Cookies and tracking technology

This site uses Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel. These tools use cookies and similar technology to measure visits, understand how the site is used, and measure the performance of our advertising. Google and Meta may receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view and actions you take on the site. They handle that information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. The cookie banner lets you accept or reject optional cookies. Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel load when a page opens, before you make a choice. To block them, use your browser settings or a tracking-protection extension. How we use your information

Respond to your questions about Tampa Bay real estate, listings, or relocation.
Make available the guides and worksheets you request, on screen or by email.
Contact you by email, if you agreed to email, about your request and about homes, showings, or referrals to trusted local professionals.
Contact you by phone call or text message only if you checked the optional calls and texts box on a form, as described in our Terms of Service.
Keep a record of your inquiry and your consent choices in our customer relationship management system.
Improve the site's content, navigation, and performance, and measure our advertising.
Comply with legal, tax, and real estate regulatory requirements.

Calls and texts

We place marketing calls and send marketing text messages using an automated system only to people who have given separate written consent, such as by checking the optional calls and texts box on one of our forms. Consent is not a condition of receiving any guide, worksheet, or service, or of buying or selling anything. We do not use prerecorded or AI-generated voice to contact people who request the Retirement Housing Worksheet. If we use prerecorded or AI-generated voice for any other request, the form will say so and ask for your consent first. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can revoke consent for calls and texts by any other reasonable means, such as telling us on a call or emailing us.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third party.

We share information only with:

Tamily Abdo and the team members and assistants of the Kendall Bonner Team who help respond to your inquiry or contact you on our behalf.
Service providers that help us operate the site and our outreach, such as website hosting and database, email delivery (including lead notices sent to our team), our customer relationship management system (currently Follow Up Boss), and analytics, under agreements requiring them to protect your information.
Google and Meta, through the tracking technology described above.
Third parties you specifically ask us to connect you with, such as a lender, title company, or inspector.
Authorities when required by law or to protect legal rights.

Data retention

We keep contact records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Florida real estate recordkeeping requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time. We will do so, except that we keep records of your consent choices and opt-outs for at least five years so we can show that we honored them, and we keep anything the law requires us to retain. If you opt out of calls or texts, we keep your number on a suppression list so we do not contact you again.

Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any text message.
Opt out of calls: tell us on a call, or contact us using the information below.
Opt out of email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below. We will respond to reasonable requests in a reasonable timeframe.
Cookies: use the site's cookie banner for optional cookies. To block Google and Meta tracking, use your browser settings.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

Third-party links

Pages on this site link to third-party tools and sites, such as Calendly, YouTube, RealScout, MLS search, mortgage calculators, and county Property Appraiser websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was most recently revised.
