These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bestoftampabaynow.com (the "Site"), operated by Tamily Abdo, REALTOR®, FL License SL3261339, Kendall Bonner Team at eXp Realty. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about buying, selling, and relocating to the Tampa Bay area, neighborhood guides, market updates, free guides and worksheets (including the Retirement Housing Options Worksheet), and a way to contact a licensed Florida REALTOR®. It is intended for general informational purposes only.
No professional advice
Content on this Site, including worksheets, guides, and videos, is not financial, legal, tax, insurance, or mortgage-lending advice. Worksheets are self-assessments that reflect your own answers and general information. Real estate decisions depend on your personal situation. Always consult a qualified attorney, CPA, lender, insurance agent, or other licensed professional before making decisions based on anything you read here.

Information on this Site, including neighborhood data, market statistics, school references, taxes, insurance costs, HOA information, and third-party listings, is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. Market conditions, listings, and regulations change frequently. Figures that change from year to year, such as Florida homestead exemption amounts, assessment caps, and portability rules, and any pending ballot measures, should be confirmed with your county Property Appraiser or the Florida Department of Revenue. Home value estimates from third-party tools, including RealScout, are automated estimates, not appraisals, and may differ from what a home would sell for. Verify anything you plan to rely on directly with the source.

Nothing on this Site, in any worksheet, or in any conversation with us is a promise or guarantee of a sale price, home value, tax savings, or any other outcome. Individual results vary.

You are not required to agree as a condition of getting any guide or worksheet or of buying or selling anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 813-669-0857 or tamily@besttamparealestateagents.com. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You can also revoke consent by any other reasonable means, such as telling us on a call or emailing us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you do not check the box, we will not place marketing calls or send marketing texts to you using an automated system, although we may reply if you contact us first.
If you check the email box on a form, you agree to receive the resource you requested and related real estate information by email. Some guides are available to view or download on screen. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
No agency relationship
Using the Site, downloading a worksheet, saving your priorities, or booking a call does not by itself create a brokerage or agency relationship. A working relationship is only formed by a written agreement signed by you and the brokerage.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, worksheets, and design, is owned by or licensed to Best of Tampa Bay Now and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may share links to individual pages. You may not copy, republish, or reuse content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information when using the Site and not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party tools and sites (Calendly, YouTube, RealScout, MLS search, mortgage calculators, county Property Appraiser websites, and others). We are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best of Tampa Bay Now, Tamily Abdo, and eXp Realty are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
